About Brandon Yoshimura

Brandon Yoshimura is the Safety and Onboarding Manager in the Field Operations Management department of DAVACO. Since joining DAVACO in February 2007, Brandon has excelled in leadership. From his early role as Lead Product Merchandiser managing accounts such as T-Mobile, JC Penny, and Home Depot (to name a few) through his tenure as Field Manager focused on Target and Pier 1 Imports, Brandon has consistently been entrusted with increased responsibilities. As Divisional Operations Manager starting August 2019, Brandon oversaw a team of over 150 retail employees and spearheaded safety initiatives including the creation of DAVACO’s safety book, still in use today by every field employee. In October 2022, Brandon moved into his current role as Safety and Onboarding Manager. He plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency and safety compliance, upholding rigorous safety standards, providing comprehensive training, and overseeing compliance across all facets of DAVACO's operations.
