About Chad Loder

Chad Loder - Director of Operations, DAVACO Canada. Chad started his career at DAVACO Canada during the summer of 2015. He was initially hired as a carpenter for the McDonald’s V17 program. Early on, Chad's leadership attributes were noticed, resulting in his accelerated promotion through the ranks. Since day one, he has been instrumental in building very important relationships with our clients. His approachable attitude makes him a respected leader to our internal team, and his trade knowledge is built on a foundation of over 25 years in various construction trades and management roles. Through the years, Chad has implemented a field structure based on his experience which has been instrumental in retaining trade knowledge. The team under Chad has had no major changes apart from growth in 8 years, a testament to his leadership skills. Furthermore, people enjoy working for Chad. During his time structuring DAVACO in Canada, he has built very strong customer relationships in the field. These customer relationships are built on the same principles Chad promotes internally: integrity above all else, 24/7 engagement to support clients, compassion, and flawless execution. These guiding principles have led Chad and DAVACO to great successes over the years, and after years of consistent promotion, Chad’s role since July 2023 is Director of Operations at DAVACO Canada.
